I’m Jingyi 景怡 (She/They), a multidisciplinary designer and currently a communication design student at Emily Carr University of Art and Design, graduating in the class of 2024.
Born and raised in Tianjin, China, and currently based in Vancouver, BC (the unceded territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm, Sḵwx̱wú7mesh, and səlilwətaɬ peoples), my immigrant journey has instilled in me a deep awareness of cultural adjustment and self-identity adaptation. This experience fuels my passion for empowering clients not only through striking visual communication designs but also through user-centric and problem-solving design solutions.
When I’m not designing, you'll often find me embarking on road trips across Canada 🍁 and the US 🦅, embracing my love for the Highway Gothic font and driving a Jeep, or immersing myself in Broadway musicals at the theatre and collecting Playbills! 🛣️🎭 Also, I capture these adventures with my Fuji film camera, see some of the photos below:
